·The Breeder guarantees to sign all rights of ownership
to above puppy/adult unless verbally agreed otherwise and provide appropriate UKC/AKC registration papers ONLY when above purchase price is paid in full. All pups must be paid in
full by the 6th week of age.
-If the purchase includes a puppy back, no registration
papers will be recieved by the purchaser or signed by Texas Bullies Kennel until the litter is on the ground and
our pick for a pup has been made. The breeding must be approved by Texas Bullies Kennel. If the pup is (6) months or older
upon purchase, a puppy must be recieved within (1) year. NO additional breeding or studding is allowed before a
pup is recieved by Texas Bullies Kennel.
·The name "TXBK" must appear at the beginning of the dog's
permanently registered name.
·The Breeder guarantees that the puppy/adult is current
on necessary vaccinations and healthy at time of sale.
·The Purchaser is required to provide the puppy/adult with
a health exam by a licensed, practicing veterinarian within 72-hours (excluding weekends & holidays) of receipt to receive
a refund/trade/transfer should the puppy/adult exhibit any genetic defect or physical illness.
·A deposit of $300 is required to secure a puppy from
an expected or confirmed breeding. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit may be used
to secure a puppy of equal value from the next available litter when mutually agreed upon by both Breeder and Purchaser.
·The Purchaser should contact the Breeder with updates
on the puppy's/adult's well being. Purchaser's are encouraged to send current photographs.
The laws of the State of Texas, County of Angelina, legally
bind this contract.
